We understand that you have a list of things to do each day and we are happy to see your pet regardless of your situation. Therefore, we offer our clients the convenience of a ‘pet drop off’ so that their dog or cat can see a veterinarian even when they do not have time for an appointment during the day. If you would like to drop off your pet for medical care or wellness services such as vaccines, please call the clinic to discuss this with one of our team members.

There are also situations in which we need to have your pet at the hospital for part of a day to complete diagnostic testing (e.g. x-rays, urine testing, and ultrasounds, among others).

We accept drop-offs between 7:30 am-9:30 am Monday through Friday. You will be asked to bring your pet in, allowing a few minutes to check them into the hospital and review your concerns with our team. It is very important that you leave a contact name and phone number where you can be reached by the attending veterinarian.

Your pet will be examined by one of our veterinarians and you will be contacted with more information or their recommended patient care plan. Treatments or diagnostic tests that were not discussed prior to the drop-off (and the associated costs) will be discussed with you by phone, and a plan made as to when the animal can be discharged from the hospital.

Please note that we may charge a small ward care fee to cover the cost of caring for your pet for the day.
