Caitlin has dreamt of working with animals since she was very young. Caitlin comes from a big animal-loving family, so you could say it’s in her DNA.

Caitlin graduated from Seneca Polytechnic's veterinary technician program in November 2022.

A "jack of all trades" Whether it's blood draws, x-rays, surgical nursing, dental cleanings, or any number of other tasks, she does all she can to help the veterinarians do what they do best: help as many of our fluffy friends as possible.

Caitlin’s goal each day at work is to provide top-notch care, whatever that may entail in that exact moment, as safely and effectively as possible while also causing as little stress or pain to the patient as possible. Her favourite part of working at EVF is seeing our patients come back with a bounce in their step and a wag in their tail because they know they're safe with us.

Caitlin has a 90lb ball of fur named Max, who loves nothing more than walking around town with his toys in his mouth and taking up as much of the bed as possible every night. He's livin' the good life!

Just like in the clinic, Caitlin a "jack of all trades" in her home life as well. I draw, paint, knit, sew, cross stitch, hike, camp, sing, play classical guitar and the ocarina, and she has even built her own PC to play video games with her friends and family!
