Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Eileen moved to Canada in 1988 and brought with her a lifelong love for animals. Before joining Eglinton Veterinary Facilities, she worked in payroll at a transportation company and held roles in telecom and engineering back in Scotland. Seeking a more meaningful career, Eileen transitioned into animal care to pursue her passion.

At EVF, Eileen plays a vital role in welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring each visit runs smoothly. She takes pride in gathering detailed information to help doctors and technicians prepare for each patient, and works closely with the team to provide the best possible care.

Her daily goal is to ensure every patient has a positive experience at the clinic, feeling safe and supported from the moment they arrive.

Outside of work, Eileen enjoys traveling and has had unforgettable experiences like going on safari and gorilla trekking in Africa. One of her dreams is to volunteer with orangutans in Borneo. She has one sister in Toronto and two brothers who still live in Glasgow.
