Patient Care Attendant

Lori

Lori has always known she wanted to work with animals. Though she briefly considered a career in human medicine, her natural understanding and deep love for animals led her to pursue a path where she could care for furry patients every day.

Working at Eglinton Veterinary Facilities allows Lori to combine her passion for animals with her interest in medicine. Her role is dynamic—supporting doctors, comforting patients, and helping clients feel confident in the care their pets receive. Whether she’s offering advice, lending a listening ear, or ensuring smooth clinic operations, Lori is committed to making every visit a positive experience.

Lori has a special interest in animal behaviour and is currently finishing her CCPDT certification in pet training. Her next goal is to become a Veterinary Technician, continuing to expand her skills and knowledge in the field.

Outside of work, Lori loves spending time outdoors—especially camping and soaking up the sun with her dog. She lives by the motto:"Learn anything and everything that people are willing to teach you! And always be open to learning new things."
